Rachel is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor with two years of professional experience. She has a diverse background in strength training, endurance, and outdoor recreation, bringing energy and versatility to every session. From lifting and running to hiking, swimming, and scuba diving, Rachel embraces movement in all its forms.
Her mission is to inspire and empower women to build strength, confidence, and long-term healthy habits. With a genuine passion for health and fitness, she creates an environment where training is not only effective but also fun and sustainable.

Sandra is a fitness professional with an associate’s degree in Sports Management and a competitive background in bodybuilding as well as a background in instructing pilates. With a deep passion for fitness, Sandra is committed to creating a safe-space for women of all fitness levels to move their bodies and create the strongest version of themselves. Sandra’s goal is to utilize a results-driven approach that empowers women to reach their goals.


A lifelong lover of athletics and competitive running, Jenn burnt out on distance racing in college and stepped into a hot yoga room where she fell in love with moving together as a group, with a guide, for fitness and wellness. The intensity of these classes fed Jenn's craving for a challenge in a way that helped her access an awareness of the mind-body connection. She got her 200 hr yoga certification with Jason Morris in 2015 and her Hot HIIT certification in 2018 with Moniue Crous. She began teaching Hot HIIT in 2018 and loves the beat based burn. She got mat pilates certified in 2021 at Pilates on 3rd. Music is so important to these classes and she LOVES making a killer playlist. Through these structures and hours of practice she develops classes that blend challenging bodyweight moves with those that incorporate resistance and weights and bands with a focus on the core and form. Helping clients push themselves in a way that is fun and encouraging them to be consistent and "just breathe" has given her the chance to feel like she is truly helping people access stamina and strength they didn't know they had.
