My name is Alyssa. I graduated from Montclair State in 2022, with a bachelors degree in exercise science and earned my NASM personal training certification a few months later. I decided to take action and set out on a path to accomplish my goals. Somewhere along the way, I discovered a fiery passion for helping other women reach theirs.
I set out to change lives and emulate a different perspective on the importance of fitness. We don't HAVE to train, we GET to train. Movement is a privilege that should never be taken for granted. I will always be gratified for my ability to be my healthiest, strongest self. I personally train each client and embed this philosophy through experience-based workouts.
